svn: Can’t remove file xxx/.svn/xxx Operation not permitted.

提示用svn cleanup但是无效，即使加上sudo依然没权限，解决方案：

cd .svn
chflags -R nouchg ./

修改文件夹的所属用户

sudo chown -R $(whoami) folder_path

# 通过 ls -l 查看所属用户
